Bekaert was looking for a compact and agile solution to transport cable reels efficiently between production machines in a confined industrial environment.
To meet this need, Actemium engineered a custom-designed cable reel transporter that combines flexibility with robustness. The transporter is capable of handling cable reels with diameters ranging from a minimum of 1150 mm up to 1600 mm. It is also built to support a maximum load of 3,500 kg, ensuring safe and stable transport of even the heaviest reels. Thanks to its compact footprint and maneuverability, the transporter can easily navigate tight spaces on the production floor, contributing to a smoother and more streamlined workflow.
