How does it work?

Smart CIP is based on the principle of continuous improvement. The software uses algorithms to calculate which actions result in reduced consumption.

Step 1: logging all process data from the control layer, such as production status, flow meters, conductivity meters,

temperature… A set of sensors at key points of the CIP process continuously analyze the information present.

Where is the difference being made?

The CIP (Cleaning in Place) process is a widespread process for cleaning production equipment. CIP cleans objects without the need to disassemble tanks or pipes. The process is therefore popular in the brewery, beverage, dairy, pharma and food sectors.

Studies have shown that 80% of normal CIPs in production environments are not using chemicals and water most efficiently. After we too noticed that this was a problem at many of our customers, we developed Smart CIP.
