One of our customers specializing in materials technology invested in the production of a new vacuum distillation unit to increase production capacity in the market of metal oxides. Moreover, the development of a new product was started. Actemium took care of the functional analysis and software development.

Expansion new oil blending plant
Door een toenemende vraag wou onze klant, een producent van smeermiddelen, de capaciteit van de plant opdrijven. Actemium werd in dat proces aangesteld als integrator om de bestaande L1/L2/L3 configuratie en applicatie software uit te breiden. 95% van de veranderingen werden uitgevoerd zonder een productiestop.

Installation new data logging system
Pour un producteur de produits à base de brome, Actemium a installé et configuré un système Osisoft PI, intégrant une passerelle de sécurité unidirectionnelle Waterfall. Les données existantes, vieilles de 15 ans, ont également été migrées vers le système PI.

ATMS implementation at ITC Rubis
ITC Rubis stores and handles flammable and toxic chemical liquids and liquified gases. To streamline their business processes, they appointed Actemium to implement a Terminal Management System which consist of several functional modules like stock inventory, order management and planning, contract management and invoice preparation, reporting, customer portal and truck driver self-registration.

L-jetty and ATMS migration
Vopak Linkeroever is a state-of-the-art greenfield terminal operational since mid 2008 where Actemium was involved from the beginning in the terminal automation and traffic & access control. Vopak expanded in 2020 with an L-jetty in combination with the migration of their complete terminal automation software to the latest ATMS operation version and renewal of the virtual platform.

Logistic simulation warehouse
Latexco, together with Actemium, designed an automated solution for stacking mattresses, with creation of an intermediate buffer. Advantages? Better ergonomics for the employees and a larger capacity.
